We’re currently looking for someone with in-house or agency recruitment experience to join our account management and recruitment services team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and co-ordinating online recruitment advertising campaigns for a range of Webrecruit’s customers. This will typically involve:

- Liaising with customers to gather vacancy requirements
- Assisting in the creation of job adverts
- Reviewing and shortlisting CVs
- Seeking feedback on candidate suitability
- Responding to candidate queries about adverts

For some of our larger customers, you’ll also get involved in telephone screening applicants and using social media to search for suitable candidates.

You’ll be working with international companies, household names and exciting brands of every shape and size. As an Account Manager, you’ll need to be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with multiple requirements from different customers.

Looking after a portfolio of existing customers, you’ll also support our sales team by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you must have some prior recruitment experience along with strong, confident communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.

You must also have passion for delivering great service to customers and be able to work well in a close knit team.

Although not essential, any experience of using a CRM system would be highly advantageous.

Suitable candidates may currently be in roles as an Account Manager, Campaign Manager, Resourcer, Recruiter, Recruitment Co-ordinator or Recruitment Administrator. Candidates from other areas of online recruitment or HR may also be suitable.
