Our well-established client based in the Calne area, require an experienced Catering Chef / Cook for temporary holiday cover on Wednesday 18th January 2017. The successful candidate must also be available to meet with the client for a short handover on Tuesday 17th January 2017. This may lead to future adhoc assignments for the right candidate.
You will be working alongside the companies experienced Catering Assistants, preparing breakfasts and lunches for the companies staff. The menu consists mainly of salads, jacket potatoes, toasted sandwiches, baguettes and hot traditional dishes.
The hours of work will be between 7am-3pm
You will be a confident leader and work well as part of a team, in a fast paced and busy kitchen. In addition to this, you will be responsible for cash handling, stock replenishment and assisting in the essential cleaning down process at the end of each service.
You must also hold a Food Handlers Certificate, have experience within a similar environment and be available to cover the dates required.
