Job Title: Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment team is vibrant and vital part of the overall organisation. The team is responsible for the global recruitment across the business - including our very active UK graduate, intern and pre-university programmes.

The company has a requirement to hire a Recruitment Manager to help with our next phase of exciting growth. This is a high profile role, leading our UK Recruitment team. You will be working with employees at all levels of the organisation, as well as external contacts, to source and recruit top flight graduates and experienced hires into the company.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Recruitment Manager, you will manage a team of three, leading the company's graduate recruitment campaign, sourcing experienced hires and working with Senior Managers forecasting and tracking headcount.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Line management for two Receptionists/Recruitment Administrators and one Recruitment Officer.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with target Universities, external stakeholders and Senior Managers across the business.
  • Leading our Graduate Recruitment campaign - developing, designing and delivering our on-campus branding and activities.
  • Working closely with our Executive Team and Senior Managers to track and forecast headcount requirements.
  • Carrying out searches to source candidates via social media.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to draft recruitment strategy plans and job descriptions for experienced hire recruitment campaigns.
  • Being creative and proactive to find the best ways to hire the best people i.e. LinkedIn Groups, Meet-ups, Breakfast seminars etc.
  • Additional project work.

Requirement:

The company is looking for a motivated, highly talented person with:

  • A degree (in any discipline) and a strong educational background
  • Experience of being a people manager
  • Experience either in an in-house recruitment role or a recruitment agency, with hands-on experience of Graduate recruitment
  • Exceptionally strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good written skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority.
  • Full driving license

The company's formal working hours are 9am to 5.30pm. However, due to the nature of the role, there will be occasions when you will be expected to attend events outside of these hours (particularly during October and November).
