Excellent Salary + Full Company Benefits

We are in one of the most dynamic periods in our history as technology; globalism and economic diversity create far-reaching changes in the world. The demand for knowledge and learning has never been greater, and we are at the forefront of meeting that need.

As a learning business, we make meaningful contributions to research discovery and lifelong learning by helping organisations achieve their goals and people achieve success from education through their career.

We may have been founded over two centuries ago, but our secret to success remains the same: change with the times and adapt to meet the ever-evolving needs of our customers.

The UK Recruitment Manager Opportunity:

If you are keen to discover a new challenge in recruitment, you’ll find it here. This is an exciting opportunity to play a significant role in changing and improving volume recruitment processes, with a specific focus on early in career hiring. With responsibility for a whole region (UK only at this time), you will enjoy real autonomy to challenge ways of working and shape solutions. Taking ownership of practices, processes and experiences – from selection, to interview, to offer and onboarding - you’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisitions Partners around the globe, and with regional HR colleagues, to create a stand-out recruitment experience that brings the best early in career talent into Wiley as well as corporate positions including Finance, HR & Support Services. Widely recognised for your expertise and valued as a trusted source of guidance, your transformational work will bring you into contact with a host of company managers and candidates.

About You:

To be equal to the challenge, you’ll need proven experience of managing the full recruitment lifecycle as well as transforming volume or Graduate recruitment processes. A highly skilled recruiter with excellent relationship building skills, your track record spans everything from assessment design, to training hiring managers on process and techniques. Both proactive and responsive, you will bring to the role excellent attention to detail whether you are attending University recruitment events or managing assessment days. Having worked in-house for a global organisation, you have plenty of ideas on how to develop and implement world-class volume recruitment practices.

We have always valued our people. We work collaboratively, enjoy what we do and have opportunities to develop throughout our careers.
