Working in a fast-paced administration role, you will handle everything from processing financial transactions to answering our customers’ enquiries by phone, email and post.
The role demands five GCSEs at grades A-C (including Maths and English), together with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of financial services is highly desirable though extensive training is provided.
