Job Title: Customer Liaison Agent

Location: Warrington

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 & monthly performance bonus & benefits

Position: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Sunday 9:00 - 20:00, 37.5 hours per week to include evening & weekends working on a rolling rota basis between 9am and 8pm. You will only work 2 weekends per month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a dedicated Customer Liaison Agent you will be passionate about customer service and have customers' needs at the heart of everything that you do
  • Working with our dealer network, your focus will be to ensure customer applications are processed quickly and efficiently through to completion
  • Making outbound calls to customers to gather income and expenditure details and providing quotes
  • Obtaining and assessing all required proof documents to support the application ensuring these are processed in a timely manner
  • Managing customers' expectations by explaining our vehicle delivery service and what this entails as well as building rapport and effectively answering customer queries
  • Using both Audio and Video Call functionality to guide the customer through the regulated documentation and ensure they have a full understanding of the agreement.
  • Liaising effectively with the Dealer Network to ensure delivery of the customers chosen vehicle is completed within agreed timescales.

  • Act as a point of contact at all times to both Customer and Dealer to ensure customer is fully aware of each step of the process and is kept informed throughout.

What they look for:

  • Previous experience in working in an outbound sales or call centre environment
  • Good knowledge of sub- prime market consumer credit market is desirable
  • Experience within the automotive finance sector or Consumer Credit industry
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • Familiar with working to and exceeding targets
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships and manage expectations with both customers and dealers
  • Excellent Telephone manner
  • Able to work under pressure in a busy sales environment
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
