The Company:
Our client is an International Company, part of a well-established group and operate across Europe and the U.S.

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service for Europe and the US, dealing with enquiries and orders and be responsible for developing their affiliates network. 

The Role:
- To manage and provide administration and customer service support
- To process enquiries and orders promptly and accurately
- Set up customer surveys for particular purposes to ensure improvement of service.
- Liaising with & managing shipping companies
- To provide technical and sales support to clients and distributors
- To develop/maintain relationships with existing customers, distributors & affiliates
- Proactively contact new & existing clients to retain & and develop customers.
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners
- To communicate and provide customer service support to partners.
- To be responsible for the Social Media of the German side of the company (website, twitter, facebook) and keep it updated in a weekly.

The Candidate:
- Fluent German (mother tongue or mother tongue level) – Essential
- Fluent English
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Good attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills with good organisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner

- Confident, proactive and dynamic
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Marketing and/or Sales - preferable

Salary: £20K -£27K DOE
