Established in 1898, our client is a highly regarded and reputable firm of Independent Chartered Financial Planners; over 150 staff worldwide, headquartered in Worthing, with offices in London, Exeter, York, Cheltenham, Brussels, Singapore and Hong Kong.
They are currently recruiting for someone to join their established team, working as an IT Helpdesk Support Person. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming IT Service Desk calls.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good experience of Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Windows)
Experience with operating Systems
Experience of working within an office environment as there are some administration duties
Previous experience within the Helpdesk Support environment will be highly desirable as well as a basic understanding of SQL.
