Marketing Manager

Capricorn has a fantastic opportunity for someone with relevant experience to join a small but growing team. This is a new role within the business and the successful applicant will be comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for the overall Marketing efforts of the domestic and commerical divisions of the business.

Working with the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy prioritising the activities in line with the company’s goals, and will work collaboratively with all team members to deliver to the plan created.

The successful candidate needs to be creative, comfortable working independently, and a strong commercial awareness.

The successful Marketing Manager will have experience with:

• Website content management
• Ability to generate web content from material provided by suppliers
• Digital advertising campaign management (Adwords etc)
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe inDesign & Photoshop for edit and generation of basic content
• Developing email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Social media platform management (Facebook/twitter/Instagram)
• Design online and print ad content
• Evaluating and reporting success of marketing campaigns
• Liaising with designers and printers

Salary: £20k -£30k pa negotiable dependent on experience.
