This 68 bed care home specialises in nursing, residential and dementia care providing a high quality service.

They have an exciting opportunity to join their care group and build a career with an ever expanding family run company.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced qualified RGN / RMN home manager, the company would also consider those without the RGN / RMN qualification but who have experience managing a nursing home.

They are looking for a manager who enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment with some achievable challenges along the way.

Care Home Manager - Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for meeting internal and CQC standards alongside overseeing the management of the home on a daily basis.
- Managing and supervising the team of part time and full time employees.
- Monitor the performance of the company's policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the care of the service users is a top priority at all times and is in lines with their individual relevant and current care plans.
- Developing and setting performance indicators for the home and for the staff.
- Carry out quality assurance monitoring periodically.
- Liaising with other appropriate professional's.

Care Home Manager - Preferred Qualifications:
- QCF / NVQ level 5 management.
- Registered Managers Award.
- I.T Literate.
- RGN / RMN preferred.

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (subject to qualifications and experience) including other benefits.
