Estimator

My client, a well established roofing contractor based in South Essex are looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join there dynamic and expanding team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

· Good eye for detail

· Highly numerate and in depth knowledge of the building sector

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Highly organised and efficient

· Recognised construction/quantity surveying qualification to HND level or above preferred

· Advanced computer literacy including estimating software and Excel

· At least 5 yrs relevant experience within the UK and proven track record of similar projects

· Clean driving license

· On site experience would also be advantageous
