Senior Site Manager - £50k plus package
Welwyn Garden City
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a bespoke residential developer. They are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead a development of 30 new build units (mix of traditional and RC frame). The project will act as a springboard for an exciting scope of work for your career progression at this business.
Requirements:
* Similar experience in working within a 5* housebuilder.
* Minimum of 5 years + working as a no. 1 on projects of a similar value or higher
* Proven leadership and problem solving skills
* Valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
* Full driving license
The successful Manager will be highly motivated and be able to work in a busy, pressurised environment and have proven experiences working to tight deadlines.
