Independent Financial Adviser - Employed and Office Based

Due to this company's continued growth and success in the financial advice sector, a vacancy has arisen for an experienced independent financial adviser to join their team.

The successful candidate will be at least Level 4 Diploma qualified, have experience of providing regulated financial advice and be able to demonstrate a professional and successful career to date.

Ideally, you should have experience of advising on pensions and investments and a thorough understanding of general financial planning principles.

Full administrative support is provided by their experienced back office team along with a supervisory programme to support your professional and career development. In addition you will be provided with a suite of market leading software to help you deliver the highest quality advice and customer service.

The role is on an employed basis and based in their Leamington Spa office. The basic salary available is between £35,000 and £40,000. In addition there is an uncapped bonus payable based on KPIs and business levels plus pension scheme membership and business fuel allowance.
