Office Administration    

St Philips, Bristol

£18,000 + Workplace Pension + 24 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

Do you have excellent Administration and Customer Service skills? Are you an organised and presentable individual?

We are a family run Bristol Based Company with strong values and principles, we have a large customer base and are a supplier of Auto Electrical parts. Rotating electrics, lighting & camera systems, batteries, Audio and Garage Equipment. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming workshop related calls and dealing face to face with customers, booking appointments, raising job cards, allocating work to technicians, and following jobs through to invoice and payment.

Both positions require the candidate to be organized and presentable. Able to work as part of the team, but must be able to work under own initiative. Conscientious and good time management essential.

Experience preferred but not essential.
