Avionics Workshop Manager

FINTEC recruit is seeking an Avionics Workshop Manager for our client based in Bournemouth with a negotiable salary package. A permanent position can be offered on a Full or Part time basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Avionics Workshop Manager your responsibilities will include the following:-

• Required to supervise and ensure satisfactory completion and certification of all work carried out by bench engineers

• Maintaining standards, complying with company procedures

• Ensuring - customer satisfaction with all repair work

• Ensuring safe, efficient and economic service and repair of avionic components.

• Ensuring maintenance of an accurate system of recording and retaining technical history of all repair work

• Ensuring the competence of all staff engaged in maintenance tasks by establishing a program for training and continuation training & maintaining a record of all training and experience.

The successful candidate for the Avionics Workshop Manager role will have:-

• A sound understanding of EASA Part 145 regulations

• MUST be a current Form 4 approval holder for signing EASA Form 1 for C2 and C3 category equipment.
