FINTEC recruit is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our client based in Inverness. This is a permanent position with a salary of £50k to £55k depending on experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Help to develop a mechanical maintenance strategy
- Build EH&S excellence and experience in Risk management
- Use problem solving skills to simplify complex processes
- Recruiting, training and mentoring
- Travelling to other sites to assist with auditing and training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Hands on experience
- Driving License
Preferred:
- Experience as a supervisor
- Experience of managing project execution and delivery
- Previous experience in a Senior Engineering Role within a manufacturing operation
- Experience of recruiting and mentoring
