We are a busy city centre pub in Bath and we do high quality but simple food. We're extending our serving times and our range and we need someone to run our kitchen.
As well as food preparation you duties will include:
Managing the day to day running of the kitchen, helping to develop and maintain the food offering, ordering supplies and maintaining the GP, supervising compliance and hygiene.
The role will involve some elements of management but will be mainly hands on. A good aptitude for food and good organisational skills are more important than any particular cooking skills or experience.
You will be part of a team and fully supported by the management, who are also very much hands-on. We're looking for someone with maturity, flexibility and some creativity. Hours and salary are by negotiation. The role will involve some evening work but not normally beyond 9.30pm We are willing to be flexible for the right candidate
