The Carer Support Worker's role is varied and rewarding, providing practical and emotional support to carers and those they care for. Our Carer Support Workers provide high quality support to adults and children with a diverse range of care needs within the home or in the local community. We are also looking for dedicated individuals to work on our outstanding 'end of life' care team providing invaluable supporting to the people of Cheshire East in their own homes during their last few months of life.

We need from you

* A passion for delivering high quality care with dignity and empathy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous care experience is not required but a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential
