Our Client, a highly successful Recruitment organisation, with an excellent reputation within the healthcare sector and superb opportunities for progression, we have been asked to source an experienced Branch Manager.
They are looking for: -
??? Proven track record of recruitment success, ideally within Healthcare
??? Superior New Business development skills
??? Superb relationship building skills.
??? Proven track record of achieving targets.
??? A hands on approach excellent planning skills.
??? Evidence of building and mentoring teams, to reach their full potential
??? The ability to multitask.
??? The ability to build rapport instantly.
??? Cold calling experience.
??? A professional approach someone who is driven and determined.
??? A sense of humour, lots of energy and determination.
??? A Driving licence - essential
