Senior mechanical project manager required for expanding regional M&E contractor based near Southampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical project manager to make the step up to contract management. An excellent salary and package is available.
As the mechanical project manager you will be responsible for overseeing various mechanical projects with values of up to GBP2.5million. You will have an excellent understanding of mechanical services, and you will have a a proven track record of successfully delivering mechanical projects within the commercial sector. Knowledge of design and build projects would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
You will ideally be educated to HNC or equivalent level in building services or a related discipline. You will have excellent management skills and be a team player. It is essential that you are a hands-on contract manager who is prepared to manage projects when required. This is an expanding business so they need employees who share the same drive as the directors.
