West London up to £30,000 depending on experience

The Role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing 3rd party warehouse operations, encompassing all inbound and outbound stock movement. The role will work closely with Merchandising / Planning and Business systems to ensure all stock is handled as efficiently as possible, throughout the entire supply chain. You will be proactive in identifying any possible improvements to current processes.

The Company

Our client is a long established wholesale company, managing the national sales of a leading seasonal fashion brand, selling shoes, boots, footwear and accessories to a mix of large department stores, footwear chains and independent retailers.

The Person

The successful Logistics Coordinator will have experience with automated warehouse, logistics and stock control systems with a hands-on approach to projects.

Knowledge of goods inward / outward, the packing and despatch process, carriers and carrier systems, stock and inventory control, stocktaking, stock count, etc. is required.
