Our client is an exceptionally busy quirky caf?? who serve full and flavorsome homemade food and take great pride in serving high quality tea and coffee. They do most of the baking in house and have built an enviable reputation for our food and delivering outstanding customer service. They are currently looking to expand the business into some first floor space next door to create an additional 40 covers and have plans for an another site in the future.
The Kitchen Supervisor will take responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the kitchen manger. The role will involve the production of food, baking, placing orders, training and maintaining the highest standards for food safety.
For the right person there will be opportunity to progress in the future as they look to grow the business.
Our client is a seven day a week operation only closing on Christmas Day, Boxing and New Year???s Day. But as they don???t open in the evening no night shifts will be required.

??? Someone with a passion for food
??? Experience working in a busy kitchen but full training will be given
??? Some supervisory experience would be an advantage
??? A people???s person who enjoys working as part of a busy team
??? Someone who can keep calm under pressure
??? A person who sees busy as a great buzz
??? Someone who enjoys hard work and is up for a challenge

??? Full time role between 35 & 45 hours a week
