Job Title: Employer Engagement Administrator

Location: Batley

Salary: Competitive

Position: Full Time, Permanent, 36.25 hours per week

The company operates as a commercial and funded training provider in many industry sectors. Based in Batley they specialise in Apprenticeships, whilst offering a wide range of commercial training to individuals and companies.

Their target markets include the Health and Fitness, Accountancy, Leadership and Management, Business and Administration, Warehousing and Customer Service industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vet Apprenticeship applicants over the phone for suitability in relation to employer and vacancy applied for
  • Arrange, confirm and follow up on interviews
  • Advise on and produce job descriptions
  • Monitor regularly and develop the talent management system
  • Provide information, advice and guidance to candidates look for employment
  • Offer coaching opportunities to young applicants
  • Manage telephone enquiries from employers and learners
  • Monitor and respond to website enquiries
  • Issue and monitor on a regular basis e-marketing campaigns
  • Ensure employer and learner contact logs are up to date on the central Management Information System

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Grade A-C GCSE Maths and English or equivalent

Desirable Employment History:

  • Experience in a commercial and /or educational sector

Or

  • Experience working in a training provider as part of an Apprenticeship employer engagement team / business development team
