Charity Fundraiser

We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Greenpeace we are currently looking for Charity Fundraisers to join our small friendly team based in Brighton. The successful candidates will join us on a full time basis and will receive an hourly rate of £9.50 per hour (rising to £10 per hour after the first month) plus competitive bonus.

What’s the Charity Fundraiser role all about?

We are looking for confident and passionate people to join the Greenpeace UK Street Fundraising team in your area. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will work on high streets, talking to the public and telling people about the problems the planet is facing and inspiring them with Greenpeace campaigns including the ‘Save the Arctic’ and ‘Protect Forests’. We are always looking to develop and support the right candidates for promotion and management roles. The Greenpeace UK National F2F Manager started as a Street Fundraiser!

ABOUT YOU!

What we’re looking for in our Charity Fundraiser

All fundraisers must:

- Be great with people

- Have a passion for the environment

- Be outgoing, energetic and confident demeanour

- Have an excellent level of spoken English

- Be a minimum of 18 years old – there is no upper age limit and we encourage people of all ages to apply

In return as our Charity Fundraiser, we can offer you…

- £9.50/hour basic wage raising to £10/hour after the first month (not commission based)

Charity Fundraisers are essential in spreading the word about Greenpeace and making our work possible – we do not receive a penny of funding from the government.
