Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Bradford, BD1

Salary: £9.29 per hour (£19,323.20 per annum)

Position: Full-Time, Perm - 40 Hours Per Week

A market leading home improvement seeks to recruit an experienced and professional 'Account Manager' for an exciting position within its fast paced Operations team.

The role requires exceptional levels of customer service via both outbound and inbound calls.

The role is focused on the professional ownership of customer orders which will include the resolution of problems, managing any order amendments, communication of any delays or issues, as well as building trust, and developing customer relationships.

You will be responsible for your own order book and will be expected to work toward weekly departmental targets.

There are no sales involved or commission related pay and candidates must have previous experience in a similar role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and nationally recognized company with a track record of growth and success.

Hours:

  • The departments operating hours are 9am - 9pm and whilst shift pattern are flexible, candidates should be available to work X2 late shifts per week.
  • Weekend working (Saturdays) will also be required on an alternating basis.
