RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME

Receptionist – Full Time

Richmond upon Thames

We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to join our busy surgery based in Richmond.

As a receptionist, your duties will include:

• Managing appointment bookings in a professional and efficient manner using the in-practice database system
• Receiving clients and patients for appointments, being sensitive to their needs and promoting a professional image at all times
• Maintaining product knowledge and being able to advise where necessary
• Working with other members of the team to ensure that the reception and other areas of the practice are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and are presentable at all times.

Applicants must be positive and client focused and able to demonstrate an aptitude for multi-tasking. The successful candidate will possess previous reception experience and/or have a strong customer service background.

You will also have proficient IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and share the owner’s enthusiasm to grow the business. This is a busy environment so the ability to stay calm under pressure is a must!

By joining the Richmond surgery you will be part of a team dedicated to providing an excellent standard of client and animal care. This is a hands-on role so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn.

This role will be 40 hours per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota.
