A Building Services and Plumbing Company that provides a time effective rapid response maintenance service to both the residential and commercial market by a team of highly skilled professional engineers.
Role and responsibilities
Due to continued expansion the company now requires a Bid Writer to join their team. The Company specialises in reactive draining, maintenance, installation, rehabilitation and surveying work. The main objective of the role will be to secure contracts for the company. You will be tasked with, but not limited to;
- Coordinating and producing tender submissions
- Creating high-quality proposal documents, including producing, coordinating and editing written content
- Responsible for sourcing, collating, writing and winning competitive tenders for the company
- Proof reading material
- Building and developing relationships with a variety of business sectors
Candidate
- Previous experience working within a business development environment and participating in tender and bid review teams
- Proven track record in delivering successful bids, driving business growth and profit maximisation
- High level of concern for accuracy
- Ability to create high-quality proposal documents and work towards tight deadlines
- Excellent communications skills
In return the company offers an exceptional salary of £30,000 - £40,000 which is negotiable depending on experience, plus other benefits
