Internal Sales Engineer
??20,000-??25,000 per annum, plus commission
Crewkerne
Mon to Fri 8.30am till 5pm

I am looking on behalf of my client for highly dynamic Internal Sales Engineer to join their team. You will be at the forefront of their business, ensuring you effectively account manage existing business, develop new prospect business and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
On a day to basis your responsibilities will include:
Account Management
??? Working closely with the field based sales staff and responding to customers providing quotations and sale support.
??? Manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales.
??? Manage allocated accounts in all aspects of the business and the customers' requirements to increase the business within the account.
??? Be the lead for the nominated accounts ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Business Development
??? Canvas by telephone and email to existing accounts, prospects and potential new opportunities.
??? Work closely with the sales management to identify new business.
??? Provide technical support to the customer either directly, using in house technical support or supplier technical support.
??? In a timely manner follow up any sales leads.
Achieve sales targets as set by Sales Management.
??? This role will also include occasional customer visits under the guidance of field sales.

??? Maintain high ethical standards.
??? Sales/ Technical background is desirable
??? Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
??? Confident telephone manner
??? Self-motivated and target driven.
