Administrator / Administration Coordinator / Funding Team Assistant with excellent administrative, organisational, time-management and communication skills is required by a leading Charity based in Reading, Berkshire.

 

SALARY: £17,200 - £18,200 per annum

DOGS: Due to the nature of the organisation there are frequently dogs on site. Therefore you must be comfortable with dogs in the workplace.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS: You will need good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also have an eye for detail and be able to work to a high level of accuracy. Having a good level of knowledge using MS Office covering MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint will be required.

Working as the Administrator / Administration Coordinator / Funding Team Assistant you will support the team, taking responsibility for a range of administrative tasks, enabling them to reach their objectives set by the Charity.

As the Administrator / Administration Coordinator / Funding Team Assistant you will also support the team with specific projects and tasks such as tracking funding opportunities, creating documents and templates, preparing for presentations, meetings, workshops and desk based research.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Administrator / Administration Coordinator / Funding Team Assistant:

  • Maintain and update project specific tracking tools in order for team members to monitor potential, successful and unsuccessful funding opportunities
  • Manage and maintain the information systems to ensure that data is current and accurate
  • General office administration as required by the team including diary management, minute taking and organising meetings

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to support the team with specific projects and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have experience using MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Have a good attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage your work effectively
  • Experience of collating data
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
