Our company client is one of Europe's largest institutional asset managers and a major international investor. Established over 40 years ago, the company have built their business through understanding what matters most to the clients and transforming this insight into valuable, accessible investment products and solutions. The team is now seeking to take on board a Head of Client Communications to help drive the department forward and lead the team to deliver first class communications to their top tier clients.This is an excellent opportunity for career development.
Top duties will include the following:
* As the Head of Client Communications, you will drive the continued development of a market leading and timely communications plan across all audiences, to include on & off line communications;
* Work closely with colleagues to drive the further development of market leading and innovative presentational solutions in support of new business presentation and site visit opportunities;
* Develop and implement a plan to identify, map, analyse and improve all post sale member facing communication materials;
* Take the lead in all matters with regard to the management of employees, ensuring that management discretion is used in a consistent manner and that the area follows the Group's policies and procedures.
Experience and abilities required:
* As Head of Client Communications, you will have a proven track record in managing people, preferably in an agile working environment;
* Experience in leading a client communications or marketing team within a provider, Financial Services Business or Asset Manager;
* Good written and presentational skills including the ability to articulate and convey concepts and ideas to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
* Supplier management and third party relationship development and oversight
