Our company client is a well respected specialist insurance group who are actively seeking to take on board a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join their talented team based in London. The main purpose of this role will be managing stakeholders at senior and board level,while fulfilling an autonomous role, with an understanding of multi channel digital marketing.This is a unique opportunity to join a widely respected brand in a period of fast paced change.
The successful candidate will undertake the following duties:
* Working closely with senior staff and the executive committee to develop the digital marketing strategy in line with wider business objectives, as the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Developing and implementing the digital acquisition strategy, with specific focus on the Search and Paid.
* Generating and managing web content and digital marketing collateral across all global offices, as the Digital Marketing Manager.
* Collaborating with wider business units on larger Digital Marketing projects.
* Taking control of and driving the Social Media strategy.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role (2+ years).
* Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
* A desire to work autonomously. The Digital Marketing Manager will ideally be a proven self starter.
* An understanding of analytics, as well as being a capable Digital Marketing Manager across channels.
* Experience managing external agencies.
* A degree in Digital Marketing or a related field (desirable).
* Financial Services experience (desirable).
