Superstar Practice Manager required for flourishing Chiropractic centre in the heart of Bury, Greater Manchester.

Your goals will be:
•    The efficient, effective running of the centre.
•     The well-being of our guests / members, clinical and support team.
•    Outstanding care for all our guests.
•    Marketing Chiropractic and the centre to the local community and within the practice

You will become part of and manage our flourishing team. Our practice is extremely fast paced and we are continually refining what we do and how we do it. We are looking for a practice manager to drive this. Fancy it?

Is this something you could enable the practice to do?

You will be accountable for and must therefore have experience of:
•    HR and general management
•    Team management and recruitment
•    Finance and Accounts
•    Membership
•    Marketing
•    Budgeting
•    IT ( Microsoft Word and Excel )
•    Quality control
•    Assisting the directors personally.
•    GENERATION and ANALYSIS of monthly KPIs with a FOCUS to continually improve what we offer.

Our centre is open Monday to Friday between 07:30-19:30 and the successful candidate will be expected to work and provide cover for these hours. There will also be occasional weekend work.
