Position: HR Manager (Part Time – 3 Days Per Week)
Location: Brentford, London
Salary: Up to £35,000 (Pro Rata) – Dependent on Experience

Our client specialises in the design and supply of inspirational bathrooms that stems from over 25 years’ worth of family run business experience. Situated in the heart of Richmond, their showroom is an inspirational, best in class showcase of ideas, products and features.
They have a fully stocked 15,000 square foot warehouse and offices in Brentford, where this role is located. They are a passionate and dynamic team who aim to build the world’s leading bathroom business.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an up and coming HR Manager to join them.
The HR Manager Role:
The overall purpose of the HR Manager is to support the Company’s management and employees on all HR related matters from both an operational and strategic perspective. This role would suit someone part qualified or who is studying for their CIPD level 5 qualifications and wishes to grow with the company as their skills and knowledge develop.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering comprehensive HR service including support on employment law and guidance across varied functions and multiple sites. In particular, you will undertake the following duties:

- Lead in the recruitment, on boarding and resourcing activities and processes
- Performance and absence management
- Disciplinary and grievance and generalist employment relations
- Training and development
- Talent and succession planning
- HR related administrative and information provision, incl. DPA compliance processes
- Payroll – managing a third-party provider and timely information flow
- Employee communications regarding all employment matters
- Advise staff and management team on HR procedures, practices and policies

- A minimum 2 years' experience working within a generalist HR
- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
- Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- First class communicator, both verbally and in writing
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality are a must
- CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards qualification) or equivalent
