Do you want to use your skills and experience to really make a difference? We now have fantastic opportunity for an E-Learning Developer to join our Learning team to support the creation of innovative and pragmatic learning solutions.

Location: Bath Row, Birmingham
Salary: £30,264 rising to £31,857 per annum after successful completion of probation

Hours: 35 Hours per Week (Full Time)
Contract Type: Permanent

From designing and building high quality E-Learning courses using Storyline, to administrating our Learning Management System, to working with our trainers to develop new ways of learning, and helping develop and shape the strategy of our training, this role will enable you to really make a difference and an impact to our everyday work. This role based at our Birmingham Head Office will involve working with the E-Learning Manager and the wider Learning and Development team to define learning solutions across the organisation.

We are looking for people who:

  • Have experience of developing creative and engaging online SCORM compliant courses.
  • Are proficient in the use of - ideally Photoshop and Storyline, preferably with a working knowledge of CSS and HTML5.
  • Can communicate effectively with clients to understand learners’ needs in order to develop effective E-learning modules.
  • Are able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team and take responsibility effectively.
