Relationship Manager

This digital agency works with brands to design and develop iPhone and Android apps for the Phone, TV and Watch along with bespoke websites.

A new position within the company has been created, and they are looking for a super-dedicated Relationship Manager to join their team.

As a Relationship Manager who will really push the limits of what can be achieved, you'll be somebody who's as passionate as they are about providing amazing service to their existing clients.

This is not a sales role. This company is passionate about delivering world class service, and this role is designed to deliver just that.

You'll work closely with their Business Development Manager, and their Project Manager to care for their fantastic clients as they go on their journey, turning their dreams into reality.

Your day to day role will involve nurturing their existing client relationships, working side by side with their clients, liaising with the Project Manager, and allocating all the time necessary to ensuring that everything progresses smoothly, as well as helping and supporting the rest of the team.

You'll get 100% support from them to help you grow your skills and knowledge of what they create. You don't need even to know the difference between Java and Swift, so if you aren't already an expert in everything tech - but you're a quick learner and love to develop yourself professionally and personally, then don't let that hold you back!

Role Responsibilities:

- Regularly updating their clients on the progress of their project
- Liaising with their Project Manager and Business Development Manager to ensure the super-smooth running of projects
- Handling payments
- Proactive contact with existing clients on a regular basis
- Networking
