Purchase Ledger Clerk – Stockport – Competitive Salary
We are recruiting for a purchase ledger clerk due to a retirement after 37 years! Working closely with the credit controller and reporting to the Finance Director, you must have previous experience in purchase ledger. Working in an open plan office with the small sales team, a friendly supportive environment.
Duties include:
- Purchase Ledger– Approx. 35/45 Accounts, chasing invoices, raising cheques and reconciliation. Petty Cash– Monthly Analysis and Reconciliation Bank Reconciliation– Card Payments, Cheques. Credit Cards– Reconciliation of 11 Company Credit Cards. Expenses– 6 managers and Directors including mileage, fuel, parking. Month End Reconciliation and Other ad-hoc duties including payroll – training available.

Working hours Monday to Friday 9.30-3.30 /9.00 – 3.00, 27.5 hours per week.
