Site Manager 
Salary: M8 (Circa £29,000 pa)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, hard-working, motivated and dedicated Site Manager for our School.

The successful applicant will work to support the school within all areas of maintenance, cleanliness, health and safety and security. You will support the Headteacher by taking responsibility for the management of the school site, day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and high quality learning environment and have key holding responsibilities.

You will have experience to effectively manage other site staff including external contractors. You will enjoy working in a committed and supportive team and have a flexible and positive outlook, becoming an integral part of our school community.

You will be a reliable individual, experienced and knowledgeable in Health and Safety practices required by the school to keep pupils and adults safe within the site. The ability to work from your own initiative and under the supervision of the Headteacher and School Business Manager is essential. This post will require the postholder to work split shifts.
