Accounts Assistant - seeking AAT or qualified by experience. The main purpose of the role is to assist the Managing Director in the day to day administration of the company's Accounts. Duties to include: answering the telephone and emails, day-to-day booking keeping for the company, purchase ledger and subcontractors invoice processing, cheque run entry and payments for all suppliers, weekly bank reconciliation, sales ledger, raising invoices, bank payments and receipts. Additional duties: Prepare quarterly VAT returns, monthly CIS returns, weekly and monthly payroll data entry. Good knowledge required using MS Excel and Word, MS Outlook and SAGE.
