The Company:
Our client is a well-established and reputable international company- leader in their industry.

Main purpose:
To manage, coordinate and oversee the operation of the French Forwarding services, including their bespoke French HQ.

The Role:
- To lead and manage the team’s daily operation
- To inform and train customers of company procedures
- To train, mentor, coach and develop staff members
- To liaise with international suppliers and clients
- To process enquiries in a timely manner
- To keep to company service level agreement
- To solve any issues and complaints
- To monitor and follow up any payment delays
- To monitor stock and query any anomalies
- To meet KPIs

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)  is Essential
- Fluent in French (Written and Spoken) near mother tongue level is essential
- Strong Analyitical/Numerical skills is essential
- Experience/ knowledge in Transport /Freight Forwarding/Logistics would be beneficial
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to supervise and coordinate a team
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast- paced environment
- Quick-thinker and effective problem solver
- Proactive and adaptable personality
- Confident telephone manners
- Driving Licence holder is essential as some traveling will be involved
- PC literate in MS office applications
