You will be a qualified Lawyer qualified in the UK or an equivalent common law jurisdiction. You will get the chance to join a small legal team and, under the guidance of the General Counsel, take on a range of legal work on behalf of the organisation. Because of the nature of the role, it is vital that you will have experience of dealing with financial services and technology work. Although an all-rounder is required, there will be a focus on matter such as managing loan origination, execution and monitoring and investor relations.
