Production Team Leader

As market leaders their business continues to grow. In support of this growth we are seeking experienced a food manufacturing professional to join them in a hands on people leadership role. The role:- You will use effective KPIs and appropriate management to achieve the site goals and unit growth with your team.- You'll ensure the correct product specification and highest quality standards at the most efficient costs are delivered.- You'll need to work in partnership with the customer and promote best practice manufacturing processes on site through your team.Your experience:With operational leadership experience in food, you will be motivated by having the autonomy to deliver. You will have broad production skills and be able to demonstrate clear leadership. A self motivated individual with high energy levels you can calmly react to unexpected business demands to achieve the desired results.
