We're looking for a meticulously organised and detail orientated Junior Designer / Artworker to join an agency in Marlow. With a close-knit team and some great work in their portfolio, you'll be joining an agency that is looking to help a Junior Designer take the next, all important steps in their career. What you'll be doing Primarily you'll be working from existing concepts and rolling these out across multiple platforms. You'll be taking designs all the way through to finished artwork so an eye for detail is incredibly important here. You can expect to be designing and artworking across branding, brochures, digital assets, web pages and other marketing communications. You'll have input on how to approach client projects and will be responsible for managing workflows in the studio, hence the need for top-notch organisation skills. What experience you'll need You need to have agency experience if you are to be right for this one. This can be in the form of internships or a permanent position. You'll have a portfolio of commercial work, which shows your design abilities and knowledge of layout and typography, across multiple platforms. As the studio is small we need a brilliant communicator who wants to have their ideas heard. As you'll be managing your own workload we need someone who can maintain a cool head when under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.
