Tax Manager (Corporate) - Top 50 Practice Firm - Watford

The Company: Our client is a Top 50 accountancy firm that provides advice and support to a range of clients, including small family businesses through to large international corporations. Specialist divisions cover media, education, and charities. The Role: As a Tax Manager (Corporate), you'll be based at the firm's Watford office. Here, you'll be reporting to a Corporate Tax Principal while working on a varied portfolio of corporate client. Plus, you'll be actively involved in identifying planning opportunities and providing advice. The Responsibilities: Carrying out tax word in line with the firm's procedures;Preparing Corporate Tax Returns;Considering tax planning issues;Taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients under the guidance of the Corporate Tax Principal;Maintaining a record of Corporation Tax Returns, and ensuring they're all filed in a timely manner. The Candidate: CTA qualified (a must);3-5 years' post-qualified Corporate Tax experience;Experience gained in Practice;Previous experience in a management role;Clean, valid driving license;Ability to work on a portfolio of OMBs;Local professional connections, with a history of attending networking meetings;Experience of seminar speaking;Good IT skills;Team player.
