The Role: Taking on a management role, you will be responsible for a volume but small team of six, who all have their own teams underneath them.This position is one step below Senior Management, whom you will work closely with to ensure the constant development and growth of your team.People management is a really important aspect of the role and your day to day tasks will include checking team targets are met and exceeded, ensure your team are managing their caseload correctly and managing recruitment and performance needs.A further aspect of the role will be quality management, an area you will work closely on in which you will attend meetings and discuss and identify areas for improvement.You will also be expected to take on your own Conveyancing files, covering matters such as sale and purchase, leasehold, freehold and transfers of equity. The Candidate: It is essential that you have previous experience of working within a Residential Conveyancing team, with particular reference to sale and purchase experience. You must have a genuine vested interest in this area.The right candidate ill have direct managerial experience alongside this, with the ability to train and act as a mentor, as well as experience of interviewing people. This role would suit a hard working candidate who is unafraid of a new challenge, or someone with experience of Residential Conveyancing who wants to take their career in a new direction.
