My client is recruiting for Project Manager/ No.1 Site Manager for a Hostel Project in Middlesex, Uxbridge.
The project has a 72 program, which is a long term placement for the right freelancer to take on the lead of the project. It is a live site and will have a no.2 site manager assisting.
The successful candidate has to have a proven track record with main contractors as a No.1 with good references. Ideally you have to have experience in managing a project up to GBP10m reporting into directors or a contracts manager.
Your Duties will consist of;
* Chairing client meetings.
* Chairing Design meetings.
* Managing Sub-Contractors, direct labour, and liaising with the commercial team.
* Working progressively with the program set.
* Client liasing.
* Efficiently completing the project on time.
