My clients a global freight forwarder based within the Tilbury area, they are seeking an experience Supply Chain Coordinator Imports/Exports . Duties would include: Arranging exports shipmentsPreparing customs clearancesReceiving of pre-advices and shipping documentationEnd to End monitoring of cross trade movementsIssuing customs clearance instructionsFollowing up of shipmentsRaising certificate of originTracking shipments to complete on time delivery requirementPreparation and distribution of shipping documentsBooking LCL deliveriesInvoicingJob costingRaising certs of originLiaising with overseas offices Skills needed: Fluent in French3 years + experience within the freight/ logistics industryIT literateAttention to detailProfessional mannerOutstanding customer service skillsManaging time effectively Working hours: Monday- Friday 09:00-17:30
