Sales Manager

Due to expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer of Integrated Building Energy Management Systems offering tailored solutions for commercial buildings across Europe. As Sales Manager, you will promote and sell their range of products through the company's accredited partners and to generate demand through End Users, FM Contractors, Building Owners and Specifiers.You will be responsible for both New Business Development and Account Management of existing partners:Account Management:*Account management Value Added Re-seller (VAR) partners*Deal with pricing enquiries and deliver technical product updates*Grow sales of Controllers and field devices, while improving margin contribution and cash*Weekly and monthly reporting of results and activitiesBusiness Development:*Promoting BEMS solutions to Engineering Consultants, End-users and Contractors*Delivering CPD Seminars*Writing of technical specifications to meet the needs of specifiers and end users*Running exhibition stands*Strategic identification and acquisition of new customers. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of BMS systems and ideally come from a Sales background:Experience in the following is essential:*Services or Engineering experience with Building Energy Management Systems/BEMSOR*Sales experience in selling related products (for example, valves, actuators, control systems) to Specifiers, Facilities Management companies or End Users75% of the role will involve travelling to sites across the South East and the rest of the time will be based from home.If you would like the opportunity to join one of the fastest growing brands in this sector where internal growth and career opportunities are encouraged.
