Sous Chef GBP27,000- Restaurant - STRAIGHT SHIFTS - Cambridge

Required: a SOUS Chef with a recognized background looking for a new experience within an exciting branded Restaurant in Cambridge. Our client has a massive growth expansion plan over the next five years. They are currently looking for a strong SOUS Chef who is calm and determined under pressure, and familiar with a High volume service and quality ingredients. As SOUS Chef you will be responsible for managing a bustling kitchen; catering for between 150-300 covers per day. You will need qualities such as being a strong leader of a brigade of 3 with a good understanding of branded culture and operating systems. But more importantly you will need to be ambitious with a real flair for producing high quality food to an exacting standard, in both presentation and flavour. 1 year of SOUS Chef experience preferred and high volume and branded experience essential Excellent benefits: up to: GBP27,000 Straight Shifts 8am - 4pm or 11pm to close
