This is a generalist HR Business Partner role which will provide all aspects of HR support as well as leading on HR related projects. Key Accountabilities: Provide an effective and proactive HR service to the Group functions including recruitment, succession planning, talent management, training and development, employee engagement , employee survey, reward, systems, performance management and employee relationsDrive and support structural and cultural change, performance improvement and organisational development and excellence through diversity and inclusionEnsure line managers are suitably skilled to respond positively to change initiatives and to perform within a changing environmentEnsure all policies and procedures are fit for purpose, meet the requirements of the business and demonstrate best practiceProvide support on remuneration and contracts for the senior management teamProvide support on the annual pay and bonus review for the Senior management populationParticipate in projects, as required, on a range of HR deliverables The ideal candidate: An experienced HR Business Partner who can move into the role seamlesslyExperience of working with a professional level client group in a head office environment is requiredCIPD qualified, preferably with a degreeAble to build and maintain effective and credible relationships with key stakeholders and across all areas of the businessPossess the relevant gravitas and ability to influence at the most senior level
