Room Leader / Team LeaderGBP17,000 - GBP19,000 p.a depending on experience Monday to Friday 41.25 hours per weekEpsom, KT19 8TH We have a number of opportunities in Kent and Surrey for Team Leader, Room Supervisor, Room Leader and Early Years Supervisor.These are ideal opportunity for an experienced Room Leader , Room Supervisor, Team Leader or Early Years practitioner who is looking to join a well-established Nursery Group and progress their career to a larger setting and ultimately to Deputy Manager and above. You will also need the following qualifications, training and experience:? Experience as a Room Leader / Room Supervisor / Team Leader or managing other staff.? At least NVQ level 3 in Childcare and Development or Equivalent (unfortunately we cannot accept Health and Social Care as an equivalent).? Excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.? Experience working on Key Persons Systems.? Experience working on Observations and Assessments? Up to date First Aid and Health & Safety Training.? Safeguarding Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications are essential.? You will also need to show outstanding commitment to team work, attendance and punctuality.
